Our Juniper routers provide our border network connectivity utilizing BGP4 for redundant and optimal route access to our Internet backbone carriers. All of these components provide the reliability and redundancy that is the foundation behind our 100% Network Uptime Guarantee.

We maintain multiple edge redundant MX480 route engine platforms, which each connect with multiple above ground / below ground and multi-path fiber redundant circuits. Specific internet backbone connections include multiple 100 GigE, as well as multi-bonded 10 GigE to Century Link / Level 3, Cogent, and Windstream, utilizing layer 0/1 loops from multiple diverse fiber carriers and Dark Fiber circuits provided by Verizon, FiberTech / Crown Castle, TW Telecom / Century Link.

In addition to our diverse IP backbone direct connections, we also have direct peering in New York City via the NYIIX Peering Exchange, giving us direct peering with Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and 100's of other major backbone and larger corporate networks without having to traverse traditional national IP backbones.
